I tried ordering beard growth products directly and through Amazon, but neither time did they show up. On the first try, I messed up a couple of digits in my postcode, but instead of reaching out to me, they just pointed fingers when I inquired about my order. Even after I corrected the postcode, it still didn’t arrive after another week.

The second time, I thought ordering through Amazon would be a sure thing, but nope! They processed it again, and after almost two weeks of waiting, Amazon flagged it as late. I asked for a refund, and all I got was a response from someone at Sweyn Forkbeard telling me to hang tight while they got in touch with their delivery service. I had to follow up again, and they just coldly informed me that my money had been refunded.

The customer service was just awful, and they acted like it was my fault for their mistakes. I really got the feeling it was the same person handling my complaints.

I bought the CUT THROAT RAZOR about three months back. It arrived pretty quickly, but let me tell you, it was as dull as a rock. I reached out to the store twice, but sadly, I got no reply. They say their razors are sharp, but that's just a flat-out lie, plain and simple.

UPDATE in response: The store has made some claims, but they ain't true. This razor can't even cut through hair, no matter how hard you press. A local craftsman took a look at it and pointed out that the blade isn't straight; it's actually bowed, which means it can't be sharpened right. I'm really skeptical about getting a refund. What a letdown! My trust is gone.
